Get your city to discover you before they open another app
For food delivery apps, ride-hailing and taxi platforms, e-scooter and bike-share schemes and car clubs competing for a spot on the home screen. Coporo, an organic distribution agency, builds a network of owned accounts on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts organised by city and by habit, posting local content every day in which your app is the obvious way to order or get there.
In delivery and mobility, hardly anyone compares options properly: people use the app already installed or the one a friend mentioned last time. The decision takes seconds, made hungry or in a hurry, so the battle is won earlier, when someone sees a ranking of the best burgers in their neighbourhood on TikTok or a trick for crossing town without a car at rush hour. That content is local, everyday and very shareable, and a brand rarely posts it.
A corporate account speaks the same way to Manchester as it does to Bristol, and generic discount codes attract users who leave with the next voucher. The student ordering dinner at eleven, the office worker on an e-scooter and the family that only needs a car on Saturdays live in different cities with different routines. You need an account for each city and each habit, posting often enough to be there at the exact moment someone picks up their phone.
Users who only come for the voucher
Welcome discounts bring spikes in sign-ups, but many of those users place one order or take one ride and go back to the app they already used.
Launching in a new city from scratch
Every city launch needs local awareness fast, and national advertising doesn't talk about the streets, neighbourhoods and spots people there recognise.
One message for every habit
Someone who orders food on Sundays and someone who uses the app to get to work every morning don't respond to the same content, even as users of the same brand.
One audience per account
Each account speaks to one specific audience with its own hook. These are some we would work with.
What we order in our house when nobody can face cooking (and it's cheap split four ways):
I tried the 7 most-ordered burgers in Hackney. I'd only order two again.
How I get to the office in 18 minutes without touching the Tube at rush hour.
Leaving the stadium without waiting 40 minutes for a car: the back-street trick.
We don't own a car and still get away once a month. Here's how we plan it.
I moved to Manchester a month ago. What I wish I'd known on day one:
What your network could look like
Four example accounts from a network of around 20. Each on its own phone, all owned by your brand.
How people discover you
First they're interested, then they discover you. An example carousel with a natural mention of your brand.
How we work it
One account per city at every launch
When you open a city, the network already has local accounts posting about its neighbourhoods and streets. Your app arrives as something from there, not as an ad from outside.
Rankings and tests of dishes or routes
Carousels comparing places, journeys or real times. It's the most saved format in this sector, and it leaves your app as the place where the action happens.
Content tied to demand peaks
Match days, rain, rail strikes, gig nights: the calendar adapts to the moments people open their phone to order or get moving.
A lab for habits
We test which habit converts best in each city (Sunday dinner, the commute, getting home late) and focus production where repeat users appear.
Your private dashboard with the stats of every account and every post, updated throughout the day.

Does this work alongside our acquisition campaigns and vouchers?
Yes. The network runs in parallel with media spend and doesn't rely on discounts to work. The hooks and formats that perform best on the accounts also give you proven material for your ads.
Can we use the network to launch in a new city?
It's one of the clearest uses. Local accounts are created a few weeks before launch so that, when the service goes live, people in that city are already following content about their neighbourhoods in which your app appears.
How do you feature real restaurants or places without causing problems?
We only mention venues that are on your platform or public places, with information that can be checked. No reviews or ratings are invented; dish and route tests are done for real and reported as they happened.
What about mobility rules, such as e-scooter use?
The content follows traffic law and each city's local rules: helmets where advised, permitted lanes and areas, no reckless riding. If your legal team has its own guidelines, they're built into each account's guide.
What does our team need to provide?
Very little: the list of priority cities and zones, the messages that can't be changed and access to tracking links. Coporo's team handles daily production and your team reviews the results in Coporo Live.
Are the accounts still ours if our strategy changes?
Yes. The accounts belong to your brand and each one runs on its own phone. If you pull out of a city or change focus, the accounts and their audiences stay with you.
