Get your podcast discovered by people who don't listen yet
For podcasts, digital publishers and production companies that put out hours of content and watch most of it stay locked inside their own platform. Coporo, an organic distribution agency, sets up a network of clip accounts, one per topic or per show, that turns every episode into daily short pieces and sends new people back to the full episode.
Very few people find a new podcast by browsing an audio app. Far more often, a forty-second clip turns up in their feed, hooks them with one specific idea, and they go looking for the episode afterwards. Video shows and YouTube channels work the same way: the first contact is a cut-down. Producers rarely have time to pull ten clips from every episode, so the strongest material stays buried somewhere inside ninety minutes of recording.
Pushing every clip through the show's own account only goes so far. A single episode can cover money, health, relationships and the news, and each subject appeals to a different crowd. When it all goes out from one profile, the platform can't work out who to show it to and followers get topics they never asked for. With accounts split by subject, each clip reaches people who care about it, and every one of them points back to the same show.
Long episodes, very few clips
Recording and editing already fill the team's week. Cutting, captioning and posting daily gets pushed to when there's time, and there rarely is.
Listeners arrive slowly, one recommendation at a time
Audiences grow when someone tells a friend. Without a daily presence in short video, the show is missing from the place where people choose what to listen to next.
Every guest brings a different audience
This week it's investing, next week it's sleep. One account mixes audiences that have nothing in common, and none of them feels at home.
One audience per account
Each account speaks to one specific audience with its own hook. These are some we would work with.
The guest explained in one minute why there's never anything left at the end of the month.
A doctor explains what happens to your body when you eat dinner at eleven.
She left everything to live on an island. Here's the part nobody mentions.
The part of this week's big story nobody has explained yet.
If you're 23 and have no idea what to study, listen to this.

What your network could look like
Four example accounts from a network of around 20. Each on its own phone, all owned by your brand.
How people discover you
First they're interested, then they discover you. An example carousel with a natural mention of your brand.
How we work it
One episode, a week of clips
Each recording is cut into captioned clips with their own titles and shared out across the accounts according to topic.
Carousels of what the guest said
The key ideas from an episode as saveable slides: lists, quotes and steps, with the show credited as the source.
Networks per show for production companies
If you produce several formats, each gets its own accounts or shares the topic accounts, without one programme drowning out another.
A lab for moments and opening lines
We test which moment in the episode, which opening line and which cover frame bring in the most listens before repeating the formula across the network.
Your private dashboard with the stats of every account and every post, updated throughout the day.

Do the accounts belong to the publisher or to Coporo?
To the publisher, production company or podcast that hires us. Each runs on its own phone with its own identity, and control and access are yours from day one.
What about guest rights and music?
We only work with material you have the right to publish. If your agreement with a guest limits how clips can be used, we respect it, and we don't use copyrighted music you haven't licensed.
Will it compete with the show's official account?
No. The official account keeps announcing episodes and talking to your community. The network takes each topic to new people and sends them back to you.
What do we need to hand over?
Access to episodes in good quality, ideally with video, plus your guidelines: sensitive topics, guests with conditions, tone of voice. From there Coporo's team produces every day without asking you for more work.
Does it work if my podcast is audio only?
Yes. Audio clips are posted with animated captions and a cover frame, and carousels capture the episode's ideas. If you start recording on video later, we make use of it.
When does the network start posting, and how is it reviewed?
Around 20 days after the kickoff meeting. From then on we check in Coporo Live every week which topics and guests are attracting new people and adjust the network. If you also promote episodes with ads, the network shows you which clips deserve that budget.
